Our Production Engineer will be responsible for optimizing operational processes and support growth through assessing existing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement. They will design and implement innovative solutions to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and reduce operational costs. This role will drive continuous improvement initiatives and advance the organization's objectives in quality, performance, and profitability.

What You’ll Do
:

• Manage and review drawing changes, BOM changes, and process change requests.
• Oversee and assess existing operational processes to identify opportunities for improvement.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering preferred;
  Associate degree/certificate in a related field with relevant experience required
• 5 years manufacturing process experience (assembly and/or machine shop)
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and illustrations
• Knowledge of People Soft, Inventor, Solidworks, Micro Soft Windows, Excel, and Outlook

Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location, and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, and certifications.

$80,000 - $95,000 per year. This position is eligible for a bonus incentive plan, based on company and/or individual performance.
