• Always demonstrate safe and proper use of equipment.
• Pull and accurately build orders for loading onto delivery trucks.
• Build orders according to assigned load tickets using industrial power equipment.
• Manually lift and move product to restock and repack, ensuring date‑code accuracy and proper rotation.
• Work independently and with team members under tight deadlines.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Complete any additional task requested by management.
• Report any and all issues to management as they arise.

• Maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Regularly lift/carry/move up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 80 lbs.
• Frequently required to sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, climb, carry, and walk throughout the yard/warehouse.
• Safely operate all equipment (sweeper, skid steer, order picker, forklift, truck, van, SUV).
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Effectively communicate information to customers, management, and teammates via radios or in person.
• Recognize and respond to safety alarms, alert signals, and hazardous situations.
• Assist customers with a smile, moving swiftly/jogging with a sense of urgency to aid waiting customers.
• Organizational skills, basic math, and ability to read a tape measure.
• Composite/steel‑toe shoes required (annual boot reimbursement provided).
