As a Cashier
, you are accountable for the customer service and sales experience, including maintaining checkout standards; assisting with general operations such as Omnichannel, recovery, and inventory; and upholding performance standards related to shrink, safety, and role-specific metrics.

• Customer Service & Sales – Greets and assists customers, demonstrates WORTH behaviors, engages customers to resolve problems and support credit, rewards, and gift card programs, and promotes Find More and other sales‑driving initiatives.
• Checkout Standards – Completes checkout processes, including returns and re‑ticketing, and assists with signing and merchandising standards. Supports line management using the Point of Sale on Mobile Warrior devices.
• General Operations – Supports Omnichannel efforts, recovery, put‑backs, fitting room maintenance, and annual inventory processes.
• Performance Standards – Supports company shrink and safety initiatives and consistently meets established performance standards for the role, including the iCAP program, product and service sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance.

• Solves problems and makes smart decisions that drive sales, profit, or customer service; executes work efficiently and inspires strong performance in self and others.
• Provides great customer service, builds inclusive relationships, and takes accountability for actions and outcomes.
• Proactively improves the customer experience, demonstrates confidence and courage to do the right thing, and acts with energy and urgency.

USD $15.00/Hr – USD $18.75/Hr.
