Responsibilities- Market lease and rental product line to end-user customers
- Assist customers in selecting/ordering trucks by asking key questions
- Meet/exceed objectives for lease and rental sales established by management
- Use all reasonable methods of prospecting for lease and rental customers on a daily basis, either by telephone or by making calls to individuals and businesses outside the dealership
- Prepare and turn in sales call reports, listing contacts, quotes, etc.
- Provide follow-up and ongoing service to existing customers
- Attend sales and training meetings as required
- Study truck and equipment specifications on a continual basis to improve knowledge of product performance and application

The requirements to be a Lease and Sales Representative for CIT Trucks, LLC include:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to obtain a CDL and DOT medical card
- High School Diploma or GED required
