You don't wait for opportunity. You create it. Quinlan is looking for an accomplished salesperson who prospects consistently, takes ownership of results, and is driven to build a career earning more than $150,000.

You know how to win complex sales. You have a proven record of sales success and are comfortable selling solutions from $10,000 to $200,000 and beyond. You communicate confidently, earn attention, and treat your territory like your own business.

You prospect consistently. You create opportunities by phone, in person, and at networking events. Expect to spend 60%-70% of your time calling and visiting prospects and customers within your territory.

You measure, learn, and improve. You track sales activity and results, learn quickly, retain what you learn, and welcome training and coaching. Security and life safety experience is preferred, not required.

Base salary: $40,000-$55,000 per year.

Additional commissions and bonuses: $56,000-$80,000 per year, based on performance.

Total potential annual compensation: $96,000-$135,000, based on annual sales of up to $500,000.

Our top field salespeople regularly surpass $180,000 in annual earnings, excluding company benefits.
