Carpenter / Drywaller / Painter – Skilled Tradesmen

Hourly Rate Based On Experience

Job Type: Full‑time

Location: Downers Grove, IL

• Finish carpentry
• Staining & finishing
• Light electrical work
• Light plumbing
• Laminate and LVP flooring installation
• Drywall repairs
• Painting
• Acoustic ceilings installation
• Hardware installation
• Insulation installation
• Complete punch list items such as, but not limited to: clean‑up, carpentry, minor repairs, etc.

• Experience with the skills listed above
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Highly organized
• Ability to multi‑task and prioritize
• High‑level communicator
• High aptitude in Microsoft Office
• Professional dress and appearance

• Available to work full time Monday through Friday from 7‑8 am until 5 pm, with occasional evening or weekend work as needed
