• Greet and engage patients with respect and a smile.
• Ensure patients are well informed and comfortable before, during, and after their appointment about their treatment and oral health.
• Take and process dental radiographs, digital scans, and intraoral photos.
• Prepare and sterilize treatment room and equipment.
• Provide chair‑side assistance to providers during treatment procedures.
• Document orthodontic care services by charting in patients’ records.
• Assist the orthodontist in assessing a patient’s teeth and implementing a plan to straighten them.
• Perform routine orthodontic duties, including cleaning and adjusting orthodontic appliances.
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and patient‑centric working environment.
• Maintain strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations (e.g., OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, Employee Handbook).

• Required:
  
  X‑ray Certification, EFODA (or willing to get it within 6 months of hire).
• Prior dental or orthodontic assisting experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate).
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Reliable.
• Team‑oriented.
• Eager to learn; ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
