Workforce Development & Service-Learning Specialist
The Workforce Development & Service-Learning Specialist at Ant Farm supports and teaches youth job readiness and technical skills while leading hands‑on service‑learning projects that assist seniors and individuals with disabilities in rural Clackamas County. This role combines direct supervision of youth with the development and facilitation of meaningful workforce experiences through Ant Farm’s Community Connect Program. The Lead is responsible for site‑based leadership, skills instruction, partner engagement, and youth mentorship, helping participants grow personally and professionally through community service.

Qualifications:
- Experience working with youth in a leadership, mentorship, or instructional role
- Knowledge of job readiness skills such as resume writing, interviewing, and workplace professionalism
- Ability to lead hands‑on service projects and provide basic training in tools, safety, and property maintenance tasks
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with youth, community partners, and stakeholders
- Ability to plan, organize, and track program activities and documentation accurately
- Commitment to equity, inclusion, and community service principles
Reports to: Workforce Programs Manager
Classification: Non‑exempt
Pay: $20-24/hour depending on experience
Schedule: 30- 40 hours weekly
Location: Molalla
Pay may vary depending on work experience.
