Overview
The role is Med Aide Sunday - Thursday 2p-10:30p with swing/day weekends Thursday, Friday swing, Saturday double. This position is responsible for carrying out the ADL services to residents in accordance with their service plan at Bear Creek Memory Care, including providing medication management services, personal care for all residents, communicating with medical professionals and families about residents needs, under the direction of the health services director, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards.
