Lodge Initiatives are looking for a Graduate Trainee – Business Analyst / Developer to join our team based in Sandycroft, Flintshire. You'll join us on a full‑time, permanent basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary of £24,000 – £26,000, dependent on experience.

- Minimum 2:1 Honours Degree in Maths, Science, Computing
- At least Grade B (A Level) in Maths or equivalent quantitative qualification
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL) would be an advantage
