Tenant Liaison Officer

Position: Tenant Liaison Officer (Permanent)
Are you a Tenant Liaison Officer looking for a new role?

We are currently on the lookout for a Tenant Liaison Officer to join our valued client in Mold, CH7 on a permanent basis.

Within this role, you will be building meaningful relationships with residents, providing information, support and acting as the first point of contact for them regarding various works being undertaken. You will also be responsible for booking in appointments and keeping track of your own diary.

Responsibilities

* Carry out pre-entry visits and deliver company inductions to tenants prior to works commencing

* Collect and process tenancy agreements and approval documentation

* Visit tenants in their homes to explain upcoming works, including timescales and what to expect

* Act as the main point of contact for tenants, responding to queries and resolving any issues throughout the project

* Liaise with neighbourhood housing associations to build and maintain effective working relationships

* Visit vacant properties undergoing refurbishment with prospective tenants and provide updates on expected completion dates

* Attend and lead tenant forum meetings, keeping residents informed of planned and ongoing works

* Monitor and manage customer complaints, ensuring concerns are addressed promptly and effectively

* Track customer satisfaction and report feedback to improve service delivery

Requirements

* CSCS (Preferred)

* Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)

The Package

* £27,000 Base Salary

* £3,000 Car Allowance

* 7:30AM - 4:00PM (Negotiable)

* 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
