Job Title: Supply Teaching Assistant Primary Schools

We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable Supply Teaching Assistants to work across a range of welcoming and inclusive primary schools in Flintshire. Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain varied experience, develop your skills, and make a real difference in children’s lives while working flexibly and earning a competitive hourly rate.

• Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
• Working 1:1 or with small groups of pupils to reinforce learning
• Assisting with classroom management and creating a positive learning environment
• Supporting pupils with additional needs, where required
• Helping with classroom preparation and administrative tasks

• Has experience working with children (in a school or childcare setting is ideal)
• Is friendly, proactive, and adaptable
• Has a genuine interest in education and child development
• Holds a valid DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one)
• Has Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (preferred but not essential)

• Competitive pay of £13.68 per hour
