Financial Planning Administrator – Wealth Management

Flintshire, North Wales | £25,000 - £32,000 + Benefits

A growing and well-established Financial Planning firm in Flintshire is looking to appoint an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join its expanding team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with IFA, Wealth Management or Financial Planning administration experience who wants to be part of a professional business where they can develop their career and play an important role in supporting Advisers and Paraplanners.

The Role

You’ll be joining an established team and taking responsibility for a varied range of client and financial planning administration, including:

  • Supporting Financial Advisers and Paraplanners with their client banks
  • Processing new business and working with providers and platforms
  • Preparing documentation and information for client reviews
  • Maintaining accurate client records and back-office systems
  • Liaising with providers, clients and third parties
  • Supporting the smooth progression of new and existing business
  • Ensuring all administration is completed accurately and in line with regulatory requirements
About You

We’re looking for someone who already understands the IFA/Financial Planning environment and can hit the ground running.

Ideally, you’ll have:

  • Previous experience within IFA, Wealth Management or Financial Planning administration
  • A good understanding of the financial planning process
  • Strong knowledge of pensions, investments and/or protection administration
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident communication skills and a professional approach
  • The ability to manage your own workload and work closely with Advisers and Paraplanners
