Job Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced renal nursing leader to take overall clinical and operational responsibility for a modern dialysis clinic while leading a dedicated and compassionate healthcare team., Oversee the day-to-day clinical and operational management of the dialysis clinic.

• Provide strong leadership to nurses and support staff, creating a positive and collaborative working environment.
• Ensure compliance with CQC, KLoE, clinical governance, and regulatory standards.
• Work effectively with NHS Trusts, the Regional Manager, and other key stakeholders.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and promote clinical excellence.
• Lead, mentor, support, and onboard new team members.
• Maintain strong relationships with patients and address clinical or operational concerns proactively.
• Promote a patient-focused culture and ensure a safe, welcoming environment.

• Full NMC Registration with appropriate nursing qualifications.
• Registered Manager status with the CQC, or willingness to obtain it.
• Proven clinical leadership experience in an outpatient haemodialysis setting.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A proactive, solution-focused approach with the ability to lead by example.
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
• Renal nursing or dialysis experience is highly desirable.
