We are hiring a Level 3 Small Animal Hydrotherapist! The successful candidate will work alongside Jo at our Hydrotherapy centre at Village Vets Meadowbank, working 2 days a week on Monday and Friday from 9:00 am–7:00 pm.

• Assess, handle and treat dogs in the pool and underwater treadmill.
• Manage water quality and the function of the hydrotherapy machinery.
• Run a working diary and manage time independently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout multi‑week rehabilitation programmes.
• Collaborate with the rehab team and support shared case plans.
• Work alongside other therapists, vets and internal referral cases.

• Labour intensive role requiring heavy lifting of dogs in and out of the water.
• Physical support of dogs during sessions, with assistance only needed for large cases (>40 kg) or spinal cases.
• Strict adherence to the department’s cleaning plan and maintenance of water quality.
• Excellent communication and client‑service skills.

£12.90 per hour.
