Mac Gregor Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a successful multi‑site supplier of windows, doors, lanterns and building plastics to trade who have business investment and are expanding their operations.

This is a newly created field based sales role where you will develop the sales growth of 2 trade counter branches - one in North Wales and one in Cheshire - by developing relationships with local window fitting companies in the area.

• Build relationships with existing and prospective window fitting customers in the area
• Grow existing customer spend and win new customers in order to achieve sales growth targets
• Call on customers on a regular basis, provide quotes and ensure that enquiries and any issues are expertly resolved
• Prepare quotations for prospective customers
• Work closely with the Branch Managers to achieve shared business goals, supporting the branch operations where necessary

• Experience of working within the window and door trade supply sector is essential
• A successful trade record of sales development – able to open and maximise sales opportunities
• Excellent people and relationship building skills
• Passion and energy to achieve targets and deliver a first class customer service
• Flexibility
• A valid driving licence

• Basic salary to £40k DOE / OTE £45-50k
• Monthly bonus scheme (likely achieving £4-5k a year on top of the basic)
