Schedule:
Onsite 4 days/week – 1st Shift – 40 hours/week (8 AM to 5 PM)
Pay Range: 29$ Per hour
Benefits: 80 hours paid time off, dental vision and our 401k retirement savings plan

Major Purpose
Evaluates existing business processes, projects, and initiatives; recommends improvements. Leads moderate complexity business process improvement efforts. Works independently while guiding others and may serve as a team lead or subject matter expert.
Major Duties
- Interpret business needs and recommend solutions.
- Document “as-is” and “to-be” processes and define required changes.
- Execute internal communications plans.
- Engage stakeholders to build effective working relationships.
- Support risk, issue, dependency, and constraint identification and mitigation.
- Contribute to feasibility studies and document findings.
- Produce accurate reports using standard data sources and formats.
- Assign short-term work schedules to team members.
- Review operations and suggest continuous improvements.
- Prepare complex documents and summarize data for reports.
- Participate in development planning, training, and maintain professional accreditation.
- Stay current on relevant technologies, regulations, and best practices.
Position Responsibilities
- Collaborate with accounting to maintain product pricing and billing.
- Develop new order processes in growth regions.
- Support annual Microsoft ordering planning with the Enterprise Desktop Applications Team.
- Manage and track Microsoft software entitlements.
- Address dealer inquiries on Microsoft licensing.
- Drive efficiency through automation (e.g., Power Platform) and define best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- Financial analysis and supply management experience (preferred).
- Process-oriented, organized, and detail-focused.
- Project management and change leadership experience.
- Critical thinking and results-driven mindset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse business partners.
- Prior experience with Deere is preferred but not required.

Education
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent level required.
Work Experience
- 13 months to 3 years of unsupervised experience.
