Job Title:

Tour Guide

Duration: 3 Years (Strong possibility of extension)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and plan all factory tours.
  • Prepare tour guide work schedules ensuring appropriate number of guides are available.
  • Compile data for reports using defined formats.
  • Perform administrative duties including correspondence, invoicing, filing, bill payment, and reporting.
  • Act as the Company representative during tours and events.
  • Train guides on tour routes and information to provide guests.

Major Duties:

  • Provide tours for dealers, schools, families, and customers.
  • Receive training on client, client history, exhibits, and QC area.
  • Work hours are flexible, typically 4-12 hours per week based on need.
  • Current shifts are M-F 9:00 am - 1:00 pm and 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm;
    Sat 10:00 am - 1:30 pm and 1:30 pm - 5:00 pm;
    Sun 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm.
  • Starting November, shifts will be split M-F 9:00 am - 1:00 pm, 11:00 am - 2:00 pm, and 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm.
  • Occasional weekend and holiday work on a rotational basis.
  • Provide VIP tours and assist with special events like Learn and Play Day, Tractor Show, and Craft Day.
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Knowledge about the client through work experience, family, or research, or experience in education or training, especially working with children.
  • Computer skills are not necessary.
