The Role
The Quad Cities International Airport is looking for an eager applicant for the Skycap and Passenger Transport Attendant position. The Skycap and Passenger Transport Attendant is responsible for assisting passengers and providing a high level of customer service to any visitors, clients, and passengers of the Quad City International Airport. This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management deems necessary.

- Ability to pass a background investigation to obtain unescorted airport identification/access privileges.
- One to two years of customer service experience preferred.
- Fluency and comprehension of the English language.
- Ability to understand written information in work related documents.
- Ability to express ideas and information clearly with others verbally.
- Effectively communicate information or concerns to team lead, appropriate airport personnel, and/or staffing contracted employees.
- Ability to solve practical problems and maintain composure in stressful circumstances.
- Ability to use radios to communicate with other employees.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from passengers, visitors, and the general public.
