No call requirements — cohesive group with strong referral base and ability to quickly build own practice with limited competition
* Setting:
Inpatient and outpatient — fully integrated system with Epic EMR
* H-1B cap exempt — J-1 waiver sponsorship available## Practice Overview Seeking a BC/BE Plastic Surgeon to join an established surgical team with unmet community demand and limited local competition:
* Join a team of 5 general surgeons, 1 thoracic surgeon, and 3 advanced practitioners
* Accredited Breast Program participant with demand across all other areas of plastic surgery
* Limited competition with own referral base — ability to quickly build a thriving practice
* Cohesive group of colleagues and supportive staff allowing for physician autonomy
* Experienced clinical and non-clinical staff who know the patients and the community
* EMR:

Required Qualifications
* MD or DO — Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery
* Ability to obtain unrestricted licenses in both Iowa and Illinois — required
* Current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications — required
* Eligible to work in the United States — H-1B cap exempt
