Cardiovascular Medicine, PLLC is expanding, and we are looking for Certified Medical Assistants (CMAs) to join our teams at our Davenport & Moline location! • Prepare patients for appointments by collecting vital information including weight, vitals, EKG, and medical history.
• Refill prescriptions and provide patient education.
• Schedule diagnostic tests and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR) for all patients.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality patient care and effective clinic operations.
• Provide excellent patient education and support for a wide range of cardiovascular care needs.

• Active certification as an NCMA, CMA (AAMA), RMA, or CCMA (required).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced medical environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Compassionate, patient‑focused care and excellent interpersonal skills.
