Founded in 2017, Vitae Health Systems is one of the largest providers of internal medicine and behavioral health services to the residents of Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities. Headquartered in Chicago, IL, we currently operate in over 10 states and are rapidly expanding throughout the USA.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for part‑time and full‑time licensed clinical professional counselors (LCPC) to work with the geriatric population in a Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living setting. Our psychotherapy positions can include:

Working with Vitae provides you with:

• Collaborate with the skilled nursing facility’s integrated care team along with Vitae’s clinical team including adult nurse practitioners, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychologists, LCSWs, and podiatrists.
• A balanced work-life schedule with flexible hours. No nights, weekends, or off-hours are required.
• Malpractice insurance coverage of $1 million/$3 million, provided by Vitae.

• Hold an active and unrestricted LCPC in the state.
• A completed masters in social work.
