Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a similar discipline
- Experience in HR processes or HR operations roles
- Experience with Success Factors system modules (e.g., Learning Administration, Employee Profile, Recruiting, Onboarding)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Deliver exceptional customer service by researching, resolving, and responding to employee and HR inquiries in a timely, professional manner
- Administer HR processes including talent acquisition, internal transfers, organizational management, employee record maintenance, and class administration
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality at all times
- Participate in continuous improvement projects; propose solutions to enhance HR support delivery
