Position: Instructor or Learning and Communications Specialist

Location: 909 River Drive, Moline, IL - 61265

Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Deliver Training Programs: Create and deliver training programs for employees focusing on technology and productivity solutions, including product features, applications, and system technologies.
  • Content Development: Research, adapt, and develop high-level training materials for various classes including marketing, technical, management, and sales.
  • Training Aids: Construct and maintain training aids, classroom exercises, simulations, and practice exercises aligned with curricula.
  • Evaluation and Improvement: Continually evaluate training effectiveness and update course materials accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Work with Engineering, Product, and Communications teams to develop relevant and timely material.
  • Communication Plans: Develop detailed communication plans to inform key audiences about projects, events, or changes.
  • Content Creation: Write, develop, and coordinate strategic communication content related to key projects and business changes.
  • Media Utilization: Use various media such as video, design, and print to share information effectively.

    • Skills & Qualifications:

  • Effective Writing Skills: Strong grammatical, persuasive, and stylistic skills.
  • Instructional Design Experience: Familiarity with educational theory, instructional design, and curriculum development.
  • Technology Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, Office 365, and Copilot is a plus.
  • Project Management: Strong skills in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
