Menards is looking for motivated individuals to join the Manager Trainee Program, a paid full‑time, hands‑on training initiative that develops future retail leaders across our 330+ store locations.

The program immerses participants in day‑to‑day store operations, mentorship from General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members, and prepares them for a management role.

• Assist in daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
• Collaborate with General Management team to learn financial and operational metrics.
• Develop and lead a small team of associates, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Participate in leadership training and on‑the‑job projects to build business acumen.
• Prepare for promotion to a store manager or corporate position upon completion.

• High school diploma or equivalent; a business‑related degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated customer service skills and the ability to lead and develop a team.
• Motivated, innovative, goal‑oriented, and passionate about excellence.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
