Area Leader (Manager) Trainee - Corporate Operations at 7-Eleven, Inc.

$75,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr
Responsibilities- Directly oversee 12-14 store locations as an Area Leader.
- Train employees to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Support multi-unit operations management and drive store performance.
- A focused, structured training program typically lasting 12 months.
- Career growth potential within a key operations role; multiple directions after completion of training (2-5 years).

- Staffing, training, and supervising store leaders.
- Experience in merchandising programs, cash and inventory control, team-building, and delivering excellent customer service.
- Profit and loss management, budget planning, sales maximization, and expense controls.
- Setting performance goals and monitoring results with upper management.
- Educated to a 4-year degree or 5+ years of relevant senior management experience in retail/commercial operations with 100+ employees.
- Ability to relocate after training and hold a valid driver's license with appropriate insurance.
- Ability to multi-task, stay motivated, and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds).
