STS Technical Services is actively hiring experienced Aircraft Painters to join our client’s team in Moline, Illinois
. This is a great opportunity to work on corporate aircraft and contribute to high-quality paint work from start to finish.
We are looking for 4–6 skilled Aircraft Painters who take pride in their craft and are ready to jump into a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. Candidates must be experienced in painting corporate aircraft and capable of performing the full paint process, including prep, masking, base coat, final coat, and finishing.
Job Duties:- Perform all phases of the aircraft paint process from surface preparation to final finish
- Work with primers, topcoats, and specialty finishes as required
- Ensure proper masking, taping, and sanding techniques are followed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
- Execute layout tasks for striping and complex designs (if applicable)
- Previous experience painting corporate aircraft is required
- Must be comfortable with full-cycle paint work from prep to final application
- Experience with layout and striping is highly desirable
- Ability to read and follow technical documents, drawings, and specifications
- Willingness to work in a collaborative team setting with high attention to detail
- Layout experience (e.g., striping, complex designs) is highly desirable and will be considered favorably.
