Allure is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for our Allure Float Pool!

PRN / Full Time / Part Time with up to 12-hour shifts.

• LPN/RN will participate in patient care delivery according to facility systems, regulations, and physician orders. Nurses oversee CNAs to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care.
• Possess and maintain a current and unrestricted IL LPN/RN License
• CPR certification
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
• Skilled nursing facility experience preferred

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure the care and wellbeing of residents, directing and mentoring CNAs
• Assess resident needs and develop care plans
• Communicate changes in resident status to physicians, NPs, staff, and families
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Ensure smooth shift transitions through effective communication
• Document care accurately in PCC
