Key Responsibilities- Manage an assigned physician's practice by providing essential support, including co-ordinating the physician's schedule.
- Scheduling tests and procedures for patients.
- Managing incoming/outgoing phone calls and responding to requests for medication refills, prior authorizations, sample requests, and patient assistance programs.
- Utilize the electronic medical records (EMR) system for effective documentation in patient charts.
- Assess and prepare incoming mail for the physician's review.
- Complete incoming FMLA and disability forms promptly.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth clinic operations and excellent patient care.
- Registered Nurse (RN) credential (required).
- Previous experience in clinical support or office management in a healthcare setting (preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Pay Range: $26.25 - $38.00/hr, based on experience
