We are looking for a Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and committed to exceeding expectations. As a Registered Nurse with our organization, you will be responsible for providing care to our patients who require short-term stays for respite or rehabilitation, hospice care, dementia and memory care services, and more. You will also have the opportunity to work with a wide range of medical professionals and disciplines, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy.

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and providing wound care.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
• Monitor and report patient conditions to physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop patient care plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Illinois Board of Nursing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients, as well as withstand prolonged periods of standing and walking.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Competitive hourly rate of $38.00 base wage + an extra $2.00 hour for a year.
• Additional $2/hr bonus for no call ins.
• Additional bonus for picking up extra shifts.
• Full-Time/Part-Time shift available.
• 1st/2nd/3rd shift: 6am‑2pm / 2pm‑10pm / 10pm‑6am.
