Shift hours: 10pm – 6am

• Assist with serving meals and providing clean water between meals.
• Assist with personal hygiene: bedpans, urinals, baths, back rubs, shampoos, shaves, and toilet transfers.
• Assist with ambulation, turning, and positioning residents.
• Maintain resident stability by checking vital signs and weight; record intake and output.
• Provide comfort by using resources and materials; answer call lights and requests; report observations to the nursing supervisor.
• Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Protect privacy and dignity by keeping patient information confidential; comply with HIPAA guidelines.
• Adhere to professional standards, company policies, and all applicable federal, state, and local requirements, including JCAHO standards when applicable.
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, joining professional organizations, and maintaining licensure.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state law.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Long‑term care experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

• Required to sit, stand, bend, and walk regularly; lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
• Visual and auditory ability sufficient for written and verbal communication.
• Workplace noise level is usually moderate.

Base pay range: $20.00/hr – $20.00/hr (actual pay based on skills and experience).
