Cardiovascular Medicine, PLLC is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time Clinical Support opportunities in our Moline and Davenport offices. • Manage the daily operations of an assigned physician's practice.
• Coordinate the physician's schedule and facilitate scheduling of tests and procedures for patients.
• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, ensuring timely responses to medication refill requests, prior authorizations, sample requests, and patient assistance programs.
• Utilize the electronic medical records (EMR) system for accurate and timely documentation.
• Process and organize physician mail.
• Complete incoming FMLA and disability forms efficiently and accurately.
• Perform other supportive clinical and administrative duties as assigned.

• Current IL and Iowa Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (required).
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and general medical office procedures preferred.

• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced clinical environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to patient‑centered care.
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and clinical staff.
