We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at Allure of the Quad Cities in Moline, Illinois. As an LPN with our organization, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and other healthcare professionals
- Develop and implement personalized care plans for patients with varying healthcare needs
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to registered nurses and physicians
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and outcomes
- Participate in education and training programs to maintain current knowledge and skills
- Current LPN licensure in the state of Illinois
- 0-2 years of experience in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing dignified and compassionate care to patients and families
- Competitive hourly rate of $34.00 base wage + an extra $2.00 per hour for a year
- Additional $2/hr bonus for no call ins
- Additional bonus for picking up extra shifts.
