Pay Range
Base pay range is $28.25/hr – $30.75/hr bickford Senior Living offers a $2,500 sign‑on bonus.
Job OverviewWellness Nurse supports resident care within the branch, ensuring that resident medication needs are met in a compassionate way that maintains dignity and allows them to live life to the fullest.

- Accurately follow the resident eMAR to ensure medications are given according to physician orders.
- Understand and follow the “Six rights of medication administration” and all Bickford policies and procedures regarding medication management.
- Use the eMAR system for medication administration.
- Communicate with clinical leadership for clarification and direction regarding resident medication administration and care.
- Provide direct resident care and supervise resident care work of non‑licensed team members and other areas of the branch as appropriate.
- Lead by demonstrating Bickford Mission “Whatever it Takes” to all team members on shift.
- Active IL license: LPN or RN in good standing.
- Willing to take additional training or education as required by specific states.
- CPR and First Aid certifications required.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Written and verbal communication skills for effective communication.
- Organizational and time‑management skills.
- Good judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
- Ability to learn and use Bickford’s eMAR system for medication administration.
