A well‑established wellness‑focused primary care clinic is seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a growing clinical team. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive family medicine services alongside personalized weight management care in a supportive, patient‑centered environment.

Base pay range
: $64.00/hr - $68.00/hr

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical exams
• Diagnose acute and chronic conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
• Review and interpret diagnostic results with patients
• Provide preventive care and ongoing wellness management
• Develop and manage personalized weight loss plans, including prescribing appropriate treatments
• Educate patients on nutrition, exercise, weight management, and lifestyle modifications
• Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Maintain accurate, compliant, and up‑to‑date medical documentation
• Provide counseling and support to encourage sustainable, long‑term health improvements
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure high‑quality patient care
• Participate in team meetings and continuing education opportunities

• Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• National certification (FNP, ANP, or applicable PA certification)
• Experience in family medicine, primary care, or weight management preferred (not required)
• Strong communication and patient education skills
