Putting family in family practice. This is a longstanding, collegial clinic where patients love the practice and the people, and the staff are genuinely invested in each other. It is a small office with a close team, and team chemistry matters here.

• Your own panel. Own an established patient panel and practice with a high degree of autonomy. This seat is built for an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner who is ready to lead their own care.
• A schedule that respects your life. Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with no evenings, no weekends, and no on-call hours. Tuesdays are currently half days, with hours expanding over time.
• An outpatient clinic with independence. This is a stand-alone clinic, not a seat inside a hospital system.
• Straightforward scope with room to grow. Family medicine and weight loss today, with a referral network for anything more complex and a hospital across the street for anything severe. The clinic continues to expand its service offerings to treat the whole patient.

A family medicine, weight loss, and wellness clinic in the Quad Cities is hiring a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care for patients of all ages. The role is on-site and works alongside the clinic's physician and a close clinical team.

• Conducting comprehensive health assessments, including history and physical exams
• Diagnosing, treating, and managing acute and chronic conditions, including preventive care
• Reviewing diagnostic results with patients and building the course of action together
• Developing personalized weight management plans, including prescribing weight loss treatments and guiding nutrition
• Educating and supporting patients through long-term lifestyle change
• Prescribing medications and treatments in line with state and federal guidelines
• Keeping accurate, compliant patient records
• Partnering with the physician and team through regular meetings and continuing education

• Active Illinois APRN license with Family Nurse Practitioner certification (AANP or ANCC)
• 3 or more years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Comfort with autonomy and a strong sense of ownership over your own patient panel
• DEA registration and an Illinois controlled substance license, or eligibility to obtain them
• Eligibility to work in the US and the ability to work on-site in the Quad Cities
• A relationship-first approach to patient care and a team-first style that fits a small office

• Illinois Full Practice Authority, strongly preferred
• Women's health experience, ideal
• Weight loss and weight management experience
• Light aesthetics experience, including Botox, fillers, and IV infusion
