About the RoleThe Famous Footwear Sales Lead is passionate about providing the best shoe store experience for every customer. - High School Diploma or GED.
- Proficient in general retail practices and procedures.
- Some retail store management experience or equivalent.
- Experience motivating teams to accomplish goals.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate direction set by the store manager.
- Ability to mentor and train associates on selling and operational processes.
- Flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
- Basic computer skills.
- Lift up to 40 lbs from floor level to shoulder height safely.
- Frequently walk, stand, stoop, kneel, climb, push, pull, and lift repetitively.
- Mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Knowledgeable in general retail practices and procedures.
- Team player with high energy and enthusiasm to achieve goals.
- Communicate the game plan set by the store manager.
- Mentor and train associates on selling and operational processes.
- Flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
