We currently have an opportunity for a Retail Sales Associate - Part-Time to join our team located at Store 1390-Southpark Mall-maurices-Moline, IL 61265.

Our Part-Time Retail Sales Associates (Stylists) create an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves our customers inspired and feeling their best. The primary responsibility is to deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes; associates will also participate in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation, while focusing on the customers’ needs to achieve sales goals.

• Guide the Customer through our award-winning BRAND EXPERIENCE to make authentic connections

• Cash Wrap/Cashier: use store technology (POS, payment systems, tablets, headsets) to be well-informed on priorities and promotions in-store and online; deliver a seamless, omni-channel shopping experience; promote loyalty programs and credit services
• Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer
• Product Flow/Shipping and Receiving: support the shipment process to gain awareness of product, whats new and what’s already on the floor; contribute to omni order fulfilment including in-store and curbside pick-up

• At least 16 years of age
• A willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds
• Goal/achievement oriented
• Some technical aptitude
• Ability to follow directions and work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment, while managing competing priorities
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
