• Average Salary: $55-65,000 per year

• Customer advocate: assist, advise, and educate customers on wireless products and services.
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction, focusing on value to all customers.
• Conduct calls to customers seeking more information about products and services.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to stay connected through company resources.
• Perform operational procedures, including store opening and closing responsibilities.
• Ambitious, self‑driven individuals motivated by retail sales milestone goals.
• Balance customer experience and performance goals.
• Attend and complete all required training and meetings for development.
• Engage in community giveback through volunteer events, donations, grants, and more.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Guaranteed full‑time hours with a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to work in multiple locations.
• Frequent standing, sitting, walking, and bending for extended periods; lift 10 lbs as needed.
• Travel approximately 10%, based on business needs.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
