Field Service Technician

Position Basics

Technicians work 40hrs/week in bars, restaurants, gas stations, truck stops. Rates $18-$30/hour, shift differential for weekends/2nd/3rd shift. Training for inexperienced. Company vehicle + fuel card. Shift starts from home.

• Respond to service calls for equipment repairs timely.
• Interact with clerks, staff, management, customers to solve issues.
• Provide exemplary customer service.
• Manage inventory to ensure parts available for repairs.
• Complete device entry and logs documentation.
• Perform auditing procedures on slot machines, amusement devices, dispensers, ATMs.

• Great customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Terminal Handler’s License (cost covered by company).
• Relevant experience preferred – ATM, amusement, gaming, mechanical aptitude.
• Communication skills; follow written/verbal instruction.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, analytical skills.
• Computer literacy helpful.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Must lift/push up to 50 pounds.
