The position is full‑time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. It will be split between two locations, Moline and Galesburg, and is responsible for providing full casework services to ensure the safety and well‑being of children by assisting families to meet minimum parenting standards. The case manager also ensures service provision is compliant with state mandates, COA standards, agency policies, and program plans.

- Coordinate and collaborate with other service providers, schools, and healthcare facilities to promote and ensure child well‑being and safety during service delivery.
- Assess family service needs and provide linkage to community resources to remediate problems and prevent abuse or neglect and verify participation.
- Provide strengths‑based case management to facilitate the resolution of low to minor challenges contributing to risk to children.
- Advocate with medical or governmental institutions.
- Complete and submit all required reports, documents, and billing accurately and timely as required by the agency and funding sources.
- Participate in supervisory process for guidance, direction support, and approval of decision‑making, assessment, service planning, and intervention.
- Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related human service field required.
- Background check clearance, both criminal and CANTS required.
- State licensing/certification as required by the State of Illinois Department of Children and Family Services.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience in social service work preferred.
- Experience working with schools, healthcare facilities, and government institutions preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to relate to others and influence people.
- Valid driver’s license, in good standing for the state of residency required.
- Valid IL statutory minimum liability insurance coverage for bodily injury and property damage required.
