Airport Agent - Ramp and Customer Service

Pay Rate: $15.00/hr with comprehensive benefits and free flights

How will you make an impact?

Responsibilities include:

• Guiding and directing incoming and outgoing aircraft on the taxiway to ensure safety and timeliness at gates
• Loading, unloading, sorting, and transferring passenger baggage, cargo, freight, and company materials, some weighing up to 75 lbs
• Driving ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and bag carts to assist aircraft operations
• Collaborating with the team to ensure safe and on-time departures
• Cleaning and servicing aircraft interiors and lavatories as needed
• Providing a positive passenger experience by greeting and assisting travelers during check-in and ticketing
• Using reservation and ticketing software for rebooking, issuing boarding passes, and fee collection
• Communicating trip and baggage information to passengers
• Ensuring passenger information accuracy and timely flight departures
• Resolving passenger issues related to flight disruptions in a friendly manner
• Tracking baggage and handling passenger inquiries in the Baggage Service Office

Who are we looking for?

Requirements include:

• Minimum age of 18
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
• Valid, unexpired, and unsuspended driver’s license (some restrictions may apply)

• Ability to work rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and days off
• Flexibility to work additional hours on short notice
• Ability to lift, bend, and carry items weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Enjoyment of working under deadlines and outdoors, with an interest in the airline industry
• Clear, polite, and friendly communication skills
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English

• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
