AWS Certified Welding Inspector

HRV is excited to be experiencing growth and is seeking an AWS Certified Welding Inspector to perform inspections in the Southeastern United States area.

• Perform inspections as an AWS Certified Welding Inspector in the Southeastern United States area.
• Inspect welds to standards and quality requirements as specified by AWS D1.1 and D1.5 where applicable.

• Valid AWS CWI certification
• Demonstrated experience performing quality inspection of welds in accordance with AWS D1.1 and D1.5 preferred
• Access and ability to operate a personal computer utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel, the internet, and email
• Valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Authorized to work in the United States, sponsorship not available

• Physical activity includes: climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, reaching, walking, grasping, talking, hearing, and standing for sustained periods of time
• Exerting up to 20 lbs. occasionally and up to 10 lbs. frequently
• Visual acuity requirements include color and depth perception, and field of vision
