Holder Construction is seeking applicants for the position of
Laborer
for our project located in Moncks Corner, SC.

The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a challenging and fast-paced environment, can work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.

• Loading/unloading deliveries
• Handling/moving jobsite materials
• Cleaning/preparing work spaces
• Digging
• Assisting safety professionals and carpenters
• Other general jobsite operations

• 1 year of construction experience and understanding of safety and general constructability knowledge
• Ability to work in an OSHA-compliant environment, outdoors, overtime and weekend hours
• Physical requirements:
  
  stand or walk for long periods, use hands/arms to handle objects, climb ladders/scaffolds, work on uneven surfaces/heights
• Read/write skills and good vision/hearing (with or without correction)
• Ability to lift/carry materials weighing 50-100 lbs., 75% of the time
• Ownership of assigned tasks, professionalism, and use of critical thinking to solve issues
