Job Title: Construction Surveyor/Trimble Operator
Location: Moncks Corner, SC
Pay Rate: $28-$29 + $100 incentive bonus
Job Responsibilities:
Apply your Trimble operation experience to construction surveys.Coordinate layout, physical site coordination, building corners, setbacks of electrical points, equipment points, sleeves, inserts, and 3D scanning projects to maintain progress and productivity on job sites.Assemble and set up the total station instrument, ensuring proper calibration and alignment for accurate measurements.Operate the total station to measure distances, angles, and elevations according to project requirements and specifications.Collect survey data, including horizontal and vertical measurements, points, and coordinates, ensuring high productivity and safety in various working conditions.Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of the total station to ensure proper functionality, accuracy, and reliability.Verify collected survey data to identify errors or inconsistencies during the construction phase.Transfer and process survey data into relevant software applications or databases for analysis and reporting.Prepare detailed reports, including measurement logs, survey notes, and equipment maintenance records.Collaborate closely with engineers, project managers, and other team members to achieve project objectives and ensure seamless coordination of construction activities.
