Senior Project Manager

Job Description

One of the Nations leading hyperscalers is seeking a Senior Project Manager responsible for end to end management of a portfolio of data center construction projects. This is a fast-paced environment that will require excellent time management, stakeholder communication, vendor management and a strong understanding of construction projects. There are multiple sites under various stages of construction and this will be a 13 month extension commitment.

This is a 5x/week onsite role in the Charleston, SC area.

• 10 Years in Project/Program Management
• 7 Years of experience with enterprise PPM Tools (eBuilder strongly preferred)
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders across multiple projects (General Contractors, Fiber/Cable Suppliers, Power Companies, Municipalities/Local Government, Etc)
• Experience with Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Projects
• Experience in Data Center Construction Experience with P6 Cost/Resource Loaded Scheduling
• Experience in Data Center Design & Engineering
