• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in technical infrastructure and operations, data center, or hardware project management.
• 2 years of experience managing cross‑functional or cross‑team projects.
• Experience in developing and implementing process improvement solutions in enterprise environments.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi‑disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross‑functional partners.

Server Operations deploys and maintains the hardware components of Google’s fleet. The Global Server Operations Network Project Management Office meets customer needs by enabling efficient delivery of networking capacity. Behind everything our users see online is the architecture built by the Technical Infrastructure team to keep it running.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $132,000–$189,000 plus bonus, equity and benefits. Salary is determined by role, level, location and experience.

• Manage multiple technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring complete requirements and well‑defined scope.
• Lead networking programs, set priorities for cross‑functional partners, and guide teams to execute projects critical to data center network scalability.
• Work closely with Global Network Delivery, Site Reliability Engineers, Product Area Research Managers, SMEs, and Operational Teams to distill networking needs and deliver solutions efficiently.
• Execute operational service level agreements/objectives by partnering with data centers, data‑center software teams, supply chain, logistics, operational decision support, and fleet deployment/planning organizations.
• Communicate progress and status with customer groups in various locations and time zones, managing relationships between cross‑functional teams.
