• Design, develop, maintain, and support data pipelines, integrations, and warehouse solutions to ensure reliable and accessible data for decision-making.
• Extract, transform, and analyze data across platforms with a working knowledge of the cooperative’s databases and data sources.
• Assist in implementing the cooperative’s business intelligence and analytics strategy by providing accurate, timely, and comprehensive data models, reports, and tools that support strategic initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field (comparable experience may substitute).
• Minimum eight (8) years of professional experience in data engineering, database development, or a related field (additional two (2) years required for proficiency).
• Experience in the utility sector highly preferred.
• Knowledge of SQL, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehouse concepts.
• Experience with database platforms (Oracle, SQL Server, Synapse, Snowflake, Databricks) required.
• Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Crystal Reports) and scripting/programming languages (Python, Spark) preferred.
• Understanding of data governance, modeling, and optimization best practices.

• Reports to:
  
  Director of Software Development.

• Occasional overtime may be required.
• Some travel to district offices and overnight travel required.
