Our client, one of the largest utility contractors in South Carolina, is seeking a Safety Manager to join their team in Charleston, SC.

This is a full time, direct placement opportunity.

The Safety Manager will be responsible for overseeing occupational health, safety training, environment health and safety (EHS), accident investigation, and industrial safety on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Occupational Health and Safety Training skills

• Environment Health and Safety (EHS) knowledge

• Experience in accident investigation and industrial safety

• Certification in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is a plus

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
