Construction Laborer

Description

We are looking for a capable and reliable general laborer/system install technician to join our team. You’ll take direction from the Install Team Lead to assist with the installation, plumbing, and assembly of new septic tanks and drain fields. You should be great at following instructions, with a can-do attitude. • Be a valuable team player
• Preparing and cleaning of job sites
• Loading and unloading construction materials and heavy equipment
• Assisting with establishing the grade and project layout
• Assist with the daily maintenance of fleet vehicles and construction equipment
• Performing any other general labor needed to support the project

• Plumbing, site work, and/or utility construction experience is a plus
• Knowledge of basic engineering and construction laborer methods is preferred, but we will provide training
• Needs to be good at following directions and complete tasks, both independently and on a team
• Some experience using construction equipment, forklift, hand tools, and power tools highly preferred
• This work requires physical agility, solid hand-eye coordination, and a good sense of balance

Compensation

$17 - $21 hourly
